This book club and community is a safe, intentional space centered around growth, learning, and the perpetual shaping of the Self. It was made by bright-eyed women with hopes of making new, like-minded friends in the process.
"Information" derives from the Latin verb informare — meaning "to mold," or "to shape." So everything we choose to consume — books, podcasts, ideas — quite literally shapes who we become.
In a world overflowing with noise, we believe that deliberate, high-quality information is imperative — and of course, it's a beautiful way to become more grounded, clear, and connected.
If you want to share and receive recommendations, read with intention, explore big ideas, and build lasting friendships with like-minded souls — we'd love to get to know you.
What We Do Together
2–3 books per season around a unifying theme. We meet to genuinely wrestle with the ideas — not perform having read them.
Each season includes art workshops where we process themes through our hands — sometimes with our own verified Mavens.
We take the themes off the page and into the world through community service aligned with what we're reading and thinking about.
Virtually and in person in Largo, FL. Both formats are real, warm, and fully intentional.
Seasonal Themes
We live in our heads. We override our bodies with logic and productivity. This season is about returning to embodied knowledge — the intelligence that lives below the neck. Our reading is matched with art-making and practices that put us back in our bodies.
What does love demand of us — not as feeling, but as practice? We sat with love as a verb: the kind that requires courage, presence, and showing up even when it's inconvenient.
Membership
Mavens Circle is a membership-based community. Your monthly contribution is what allows us to maintain the depth, consistency, and care that hold this space — events, facilitators, and the community itself.
If you feel deeply aligned but need financial flexibility, a supported membership option is available within the application.
Full membership — access to all meetings, art workshops, volunteer events, the community chat, and seasonal reading materials.
